• Added a feature for State Coordinators to be able send emails by selecting Key Leaders which will also send their Points of Contact upon submitting the message.

• Changed the ability to delete schools and groups. This functionality will be on the 'Actions' tab for each school or group.
• Added the ability to view Key Leaders without a Super Key Leader.
• Added the ability to view Points of Contact without Key Leaders.
• Added the ability to add a new Super Key Leader in addition to being able to elevate an exisiting Key Leader.

• Fixed the issue of question marks being placed in email bodies instead of the intended characters.

• Added the ability to send out HTML or plain text emails. The previous version only sent out HTML emails. The functionality is below the body textbox in the form of a checkbox.
